StayCentral - Collingwood Penthouse

This converted warehouse apartment was stunning and far exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. The location felt quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, while still being right in the middle of things, with restaurants, bars and cafes just a short stroll away. The service from stay central apartments was exceptional too. I’ll book with them for all my future stays in Melbourne.

Smith Street is just metres away, with so much to do, and the area is one of the best in Melbourne. The apartment was large and full of light, with a fantastic and unusual outdoor area. It was comfortable, had everything I needed and matched the listing. Communication before and during the stay was great. I highly recommend it.

This Oxford St penthouse was just as delightful as the other StayCentral properties I’ve stayed in over the years. Chris and StayCentral keep making my Melbourne stays a pleasure. The apartment is beautiful, well located and very well equipped, with two large decks and floor-to-ceiling windows on both levels that fill every room with light. The blockout blinds still let me sleep in when I need to. I enjoyed catching up with family and spending time in lively Collingwood, with cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Chris and the StayCentral team are always responsive if any sort of problem comes up.

I’d definitely stay here again. The apartment is spacious and full of light, with a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor spaces that made the visit comfortable. I’ve stayed in serviced apartments in the CBD before, but they felt cramped and dark. This area is just a few tram stops from the CBD, with better cafes and bars and easy access to playgrounds, which matters when you have kids.
