StayCentral-Heidelberg Heights Penthouse

Having a local bus into the heart of Melbourne was fantastic. Bus 250 stops on Oriel Rd and Bus 548 right out the front. The location suited our needs perfectly, and the apartment felt like a home at a difficult time, as we were visiting after a death in the family. It was beautifully furnished, with a high-end feel and a real eye for style, and we noticed straight away how clean it was. The appliances were such high quality that we want to buy the same washing machine, dryer and fridge for our home overseas. Highly recommended.

Everything felt fresh and clean, and the beds were comfortable. I stay in places like this a lot for work, and I’ll be back when I’m in the area. Max, who greeted me, was friendly, fun, professional and helpful, and Chris made the whole process simple. It’s the small touches that made the stay pleasant: a sewing kit in the bathroom, cotton or high-cotton-blend towels, coffee pods, decent cookware, extra cables and a power board, plus a few chocolates in the fridge. The appliances were pretty schmick too. The apartment is stylish and doesn’t feel decades old. The dining table is the exception, though it’s deliberately made to look that way, and it’s clean and sturdy as a rock.

We loved our stay at Heidleberg Haven. It’s a beautiful home with everything we needed, and the amenities were perfect. The staff at Staycentral were excellent in supporting us during our long stay after relocating from overseas. The location between Preston and Ivanhoe was ideal, with easy access to shops, cafes and restaurants. It would also suit a family visiting Melbourne.

Check-in was very easy, and I couldn’t fault the apartment. It was exceptionally clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed and top-quality appliances throughout. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone.
