We booked this furnished apartment with some hesitation. We needed a short-term place between leaving a house and waiting for our new apartment to be built, and we have two small dogs. We’ve been really pleasantly surprised, and have now extended twice. With two bedrooms, two balconies and two bathrooms, it’s remarkably spacious, thoughtfully furnished right down to the artwork, and feels like home even though the furniture wasn’t our choice. It’s very well equipped, including the small but well stocked kitchen. The building is quiet and well supervised by an attentive concierge, and has a pool and a small gym. Our parking space is a real bonus. Lonsdale street has worked well for us, within a short walk of anywhere in the CBD, Flagstaff Gardens, trams, trains and buses. There’s a supermarket just a few minutes away too. The managing agency has been friendly and quick to help whenever we had a question. The regular cleaning service has been exceptional, especially during this COVID period, and they even left a small welcome gift early in our stay. The place is pet friendly, which is a rare gem in the CBD. We can’t recommend it enough. Good on you Stay Central!!!

Being close to Southern Cross Station, Victoria Markets, Southbank and Crown Casino made it easy to explore Melbourne. There are supermarkets and shopping malls nearby too, and we could reach plenty of cafes and restaurants on foot or by free tram. The apartment itself was first class, with excellent gym and pool facilities. We stayed in the CBD for around three months while I started a new job and got settled into life in Melbourne. From our first inquiry until move-in, StayCentral handled the admin efficiently and gave us excellent service. I’d happily recommend them to look after a stay here. Thanks, StayCentral.

The apartment was spacious and well looked after, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. My only gripe was the elevators, which could take a while, so allow for some waiting when going up or down. I’d stay at this address again next time I’m in Melbourne.

The location on Lonsdale Street was great, and the apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything worked well, and the staff were friendly and efficient. It’s pet friendly too. I’d happily recommend it to friends and family.
