StayCentral - Thornbury Townhouse

The rooftop setup is brilliant, with a huge BBQ that can be opened or closed depending on the weather. The kitchen appliances and butler's pantry were nice to have, and the beds and reclining lounge furniture were really comfortable. There's a huge market and deli almost directly opposite, while High St shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and health services are just 100m away, along with regular trams to the city. The townhouse and its location are amazing. I've stayed in several StayCentral properties, and they always exceed my expectations.

A very comfortable two-bedroom townhouse, and surprisingly quiet despite being near High Street. The tram into the city is right outside, as are the deli and market. There's plenty to see and do around Melbourne's inner north along the tram route.

We kept finding reasons to head up to the rooftop. Even in winter, we could sit there in T-shirts under the black strip heater, and with the tall trees around us it felt like being out in the bush. The townhouse has loads of room and stays peaceful despite being so close to High St. There’s a great little market right across the road, plus everything else we needed nearby. We’ll definitely be back soon.

It was easy to get around Thornbury from here, with pubs, restaurants and shops all close by. The property is modern, comfortable and very quiet. Having two separate bedrooms and bathrooms on the gouger floor made it a perfect place to stay with business colleagues.
