The communal areas were lovely, but our room was cold and noisy, and it smelled of drains. The breakfast croissants were stale too. When we raised these issues, we didn't get any real feedback. A real disappointment, and we wouldn't return.

The Hatton Hotel was the part of my Melbourne trip I was most excited about, and I had a wonderful time. The staff were attentive, the room was lovely, and breakfast was great. Greenery outside the window added to the relaxed, almost dreamlike feel. I'd definitely like to return when I'm in Melbourne again.
