The House of Windsor

The location was fantastic and our host replied excellently, but the cleaning was well below standard. I travel often and use Airbnb regularly, and have never complained before. This property was not cheap, and what we paid didn't match what we found. On our first shower, there was a hand mark on the screen. Rust, dust and dirt had collected in bathroom corners and around objects, with soap scum around the shower items suggesting the cleaning only went around them. The bathroom fan was full of dust, the mirrors and splashback had smears, and the balcony was dirty and covered in cobwebs, with an old rusty broom left on display. The floor hadn't been cleaned beneath the curtains. The attached photos show it all. I also mentioned other things about the property in my feedback that weren't ideal and felt somewhat strange, but I can't overlook the cleanliness.
