Unwind Bond Quarter Apartment 106

The apartment was well set up for two, with a great location, two separate bedrooms, and an ensuite for each. The first few days went well. Then, at 11:30 pm the night before we were due to leave, a bedroom door jammed with all our belongings inside. We had flights to catch, but couldn’t get into the room. We tried the host by text and email and got no answer. When we eventually reached him by phone, he said nothing could be done until morning. The next day, calls and messages were ignored until I sent a video of the stuck door, and then he replied straight away. His responses felt dismissive and accusatory, with no urgency or support, which made a stressful situation much worse. The apartment and location are fine when nothing goes wrong. If there’s a problem, don’t count on timely or supportive communication from the host.
