The cabin felt like a home away from home, and the price was just right. It was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the rooms were neat. The bathroom was bigger than we expected, which was nice. Staff were always smiling, friendly and happy to help with what we needed. We'll definitely come back. Thanks to everyone for the friendly service.

The little unit is nicely sized and priced fairly, but it needs a serious spring clean. The couch and carpet were stained, the tiled floors hadn't been washed, and the light switches were damaged and not pleasant to touch. The door handles weren't much better.

I spent a week here in November with my 91-year-old mother. I liked the unit for myself, but it wasn't suitable for her mobility. There were steps at the entrance, and she lost her balance on the sloped, slippery shower floor. There wasn't a broom or mop, and there was no washing machine or laundry available. Ants were a big issue too, and the carpets needed steam cleaning.

We were there for three days, and the villa was pleasant enough. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the beds comfortable. It got hot during the day, though, and we couldn't get the air conditioner going. Nobody serviced it during our stay, we only got one face washer, and we ran out of dry towels. We also had to go into town to buy more coffee, sugar and milk. It was a bit out of the way for why we were in Werribee, but all told it was a nice stay.

We'd booked three nights for a family holiday, but left after just one. The main bed had huge stains, the bin had black mould, and there was a pile of dust and fluff that showed the floor hadn't been vacuumed around one bed. Dark, long hairs were all through the beds and in the utensil drawers and cupboards. We scrubbed the utensils ourselves, then bought plastic plates and utensils because they seemed so unclean. There were no cleaning supplies like a broom or mop, and when we asked for the room to be vacuumed while we were out, it still wasn't done. The location was good for us, outside the town centre and quiet. Occasionally we could smell the chicken place next door, but it wasn't too bad. A train went by now and then, though the villas were very quiet with the doors closed.
