The host made us feel very welcome and was helpful throughout our family Easter stay at the Palms Apartments. It’s an easy walk to restaurants and supermarkets, and the property was quiet and very clean, so it felt relaxing and comfortable. A pleasant, hassle-free stay. I’d happily recommend it.

We’ve already booked our fourth Summer holiday at The Palms for next year. We love Merimbula and have just finished our third stay here. The managers are friendly and accommodating, and the pool is beautiful. The apartments are modern, well equipped and spotlessly clean, with great views and an ideal location.

The location made our stay easy: we could leave the car and walk to the water, cafes, restaurants, Woolworths or Aldi. Our nieces also loved the pool, which was a great bonus for the family. Sharon and her team really saved our weekend. We had to leave our previous accommodation in a hurry, and Sharon worked overtime to fit our very last-minute booking for 8 people across two units. She handled a stressful situation with care and efficiency and made the weekend possible. We’re so grateful. The complex and gardens are beautifully kept, and the renovated apartments felt fresh and welcoming. Everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen had the appliances, cookware and dinnerware we needed, and the beds were very comfortable with crisp, fresh linen. The washing machine and dryer were handy for a family stay, and the bathrooms were clean and modern with excellent water pressure. We had a wonderful stay at Palms Apartments in Merimbula. We’d absolutely come again.

A lovely, really spacious apartment with everything we needed to be comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It’s only a short walk to the seaside promenade and town centre. We had a lovely stay and honestly couldn’t recommend it more.
