Milton Village Motel

We’ve stayed here a few times for short visits, and Regis and Hilary have always been friendly, generous and helpful. The rooms have a lovely outlook from the balcony, pleasant décor, attractive colours, and a very comfortable bed. Although the motel is on the highway, its set-back position and the way the rooms face mean traffic noise hasn’t been a problem. We’d recommend it without hesitation, whether you’re stopping for a night or spending a few days in Milton and the surrounding area.

The gardens were neglected, with the grass overgrown, and I won’t be going back. The owner told us to keep it down after we had a laugh together at 3 in the afternoon. If you want to talk or laugh with your partner, apparently that’s too noisy. Best not bring kids.

Good value, with easy parking and a nice coastal view from the balcony. The motel was clean, efficient, and clearly well run, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a family room last night. It was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, and we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist. I’d highly recommend it if you’re in the area.
