We did the Art Gallery, breakfast, dinner, and watched the sunset from the Tower, and every part was excellent. We had a wonderful two-night anniversary stay and were so glad we came. Maybe the perfect weather helped, but we had a great time and will definitely visit again.

The service was excellent from the moment we arrived, whether at reception, the restaurant and spa, or during the wine tasting. The room was lovely and very comfortable, with the bath as a real highlight. We couldn’t find fault with anything, and it was very reasonably priced for such a high standard. We’ll definitely return.

The hotel manager and staff were very friendly, and the place was beautiful and relaxing. We had delicious dinner and breakfast at Muse restaurant. Thanks to the front house manager and chefs for a great experience at Mitchelton hotel & winery.

The pool area was the hub of the place, with a bar and a great vibe. We loved our stay so much that we added an extra night because we couldn’t bring ourselves to go home. Tom the manager greeted us, and from that moment we knew we’d made the right choice coming to Mitchelton estate. The restaurants were amazing, and the breakfasts were excellent. Thanks to everyone, including the friendly, professional staff and the housekeeping team who kept our room to such a good standard. Sancho, one of the managers, really stood out. He went above and beyond for us, and we appreciated it. We enjoyed the experience so much that we’ve booked rooms for two nights later this month, bringing five of us back to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday. Well done Mitchelton, you’ve won us over. Kind regards, Simon and Karen.

The stay in the cabin section was peaceful and nice, and the rooms were super luxurious and clean. From the moment we arrived at michelton winery, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. They were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond. The team tailored our tasting to our preferences and patiently answered all our questions with enthusiasm and expertise. Their passion for the wines made it educational and memorable, and the wine tasting was great and reasonably priced. We were also given complimentary sour drinks, water, and a few snacks. I’ve been around a lot but never had snacks and drinks on the house like that. It’s rare to get such good service alongside fantastic wine. The only downside was the food. Breakfast was below average. I had a three-cheese omelette with no flavour at all, though the coffee was okay. The poached eggs and toast cost $18, definitely overpriced. The restaurant is classy and well designed, and the people were nice, but the food lacked flavour and seasoning. I tried their chicken dish and finished both, but it was tasteless, without a pinch of salt.
