The owner called to confirm our unit number and explain the key arrangements, so check-in was seamless. The facilities were clean, and there’s undercover parking. Our two bedroom unit was spacious and good value, and easy to look after. It’s in a quiet residential area, a five minute walk from the Murray River and Moama Bowling club. Echuca is about a 15 minute walk or three minute drive. Recommended.

The photos didn’t really do the unit or the site justice. It looked a little tired, but that didn’t spoil our stay and we found it lovely. We were there over the Cup weekend in 2023. The unit was quiet, spacious and homely, with a good layout and easy access to amenities and tourist attractions. Check-in was contactless. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks.

There’s a pool and BBQ area, and WiFi is available on the property, though not inside the apartment. It’s a bit of a walk to the main street, but manageable. Our apartment was clean and well cared for, with comfortable beds and a kitchen stocked with pots, pans and utensils. There’s a washing machine in the laundry and air conditioning in the living room.

The three bedroom apartment had a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a laundry. It was lovely, but there aren’t tourist attractions nearby or restaurants within walking distance. The outside area was enclosed but had no shade and felt uninviting. There was no playground or other space for kids.
