We booked a room for our family over the New Year holiday about nine months ahead. A month before the trip, we were messaged that the room had been cancelled because our booking was one day shorter than their minimum stay policy. No one called or even messaged to ask whether we'd extend, and that policy hadn't been mentioned when we first booked. Now we've made holiday plans in the area but can't find suitable accommodation left in our price range. So much for Christmas spirit. The customer service was disgusting, with no regard for guests during a busy holiday period.

I've stayed at Sportslander a few times and have always had a great visit. The rooms are very clean and good value. I'd highly recommend this country gem.

The room was really dated, with old furniture, and needs renovation. There were food stains on the main bedroom sheets, and even some leftover food in the bed.

The BBQ area is great, and there's plenty of parking. I've stayed at Sportslander Motor Inn in Moama and would definitely return. It's clean and comfortable, well priced, and in a great location, with friendly staff, spacious rooms, and all the facilities you need. The bathroom has lots of space and a very large vanity for your things. 10 out of 10.
