Right by the beach and only a stone's throw from the golf club, Mariners in Mollymook is in a hard-to-beat spot. A great place to leave the city behind, relax and enjoy the coast. Highly recommended.

We only stayed two nights while visiting Mollymook for a wedding, and wished we'd booked longer. Our two-bedroom apartment at Mariners was roomy, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Mollymook beach is right across the road, with a food cafe/sandwich hut and golf course nearby; the town centre is an easy trip too. We could even check the surf close by. My husband, our two teenage daughters and I loved it, and we're already thinking about coming back for a week or more. We'd definitely recommend it for a summer break by the beach.

The beach view from the verandah is the standout, and you couldn't be much closer to the water. The unit sits on the bend across from the beach, with the Golf Club on one side, a take away shop on the other and a cafe up the road. Everything's walkable, and woolies delivers if you want to use the stove top or microwave. Inside there's air conditioning, a dishwasher, free wifi, a huge tv with Foxtel and Netflix, and a luxurious shower. The one thing missing is an oven. I loved sitting out with a drink and watching the sun come up and go down. Most days around 5pm, friendly rainbow lorikeets came by for a feed. They like muesli and will even climb onto your hand.
