The location was the one good part of our stay. The apartment itself felt as if it had been listed without anyone properly checking its condition, which was disappointing given how much we paid. It was an old interior, with burnt pans and spatulas in the kitchen. The towels shed white fluff all over our skin and clothes, and the balcony was so dusty we couldn’t step onto it without shoes. The shower door made a loud noise whenever we opened or closed it, like it might break. Even the centre table looked ready to lose a leg if moved. We booked a hotel, but were given instructions to clean the property or face a charge, which felt out of place. There were so many issues. I don’t usually leave bad reviews for businesses, but this experience was enough to make me do it. I hope they improve things for future guests.

There was plenty of room in the apartment, and the kitchen had all the utensils we could need. We also really liked the airy balcony and all the plants. The pool and spa were amazing, and the staff were welcoming, funny, and friendly. 🏖

The kids were ready to live here, and we were sad to leave. Our room was roomy and comfortable, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. It was an easy walk to the beach and beachfront restaurants, and we could stroll down to watch the sunrise. Terrific value for money. We had a room with a rooftop spa, which was incredible. There’s also a kids’ play area, a huge BBQ area, lounge chairs and toilets up there, with incredible views. We were lucky that the pool and spa weren’t crowded while we were there.

Our two bedroom was tidy and had everything we needed for the kids. They loved the pool and spa, and it was handy to hire beach towels or borrow beach toys from reception. The service was very good, especially Janelle at reception, who was so accommodating. It’s a family friendly spot in a central location, close to everything you need. We’ll be back next year.
