The location made it easy to leave the car parked for all five days. Mooloolaba Esp is a two-minute walk, with plenty of restaurants and cafes, coffee shops open at all hours, the surf club, marina, bars, and prawns galore. Coles and BWS are also two minutes away. You can walk for hours along the foreshore path and boardwalk, north to Maroochydore or south to the Marina and spit. The beach is three minutes away, and the apartment has a small pool. Our three-bedroom place was very spacious and fully equipped with modern amenities. The large front deck looked over the pool, and the large back deck caught the sunrise. There was a beautiful breeze through the apartment, plus a big dining table and comfy couches for six. It’s a great spot for older teenagers. The master had a double bed, ensuite, and walk-in robe. There was another bathroom and a separate toilet at the other end. The bathrooms were a little dated but worked perfectly.

During Ironman 2025 weekend, our three-bedroom apartment had everything we could want for a home away from home. It was spacious, clean, and tidy, with parking and a great pool and spa. The building management team made our stay flawless. A hidden gem for families.

There was something for everyone at this beautiful house. The kayaks, spa, sauna, jetty, and backyard were perfect, and we made some great memories. We went for a girls’ trip to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday, with four mums and five girls. The bedroom setup worked perfectly, with the girls together upstairs and the mums downstairs. Most of all, the girls had an amazing time!

Pandanus was close to the shops and beach, but away from the esplanade noise. Our apartment was spacious enough for our family of six, and having two car spots was great. The rooms were clean and stocked with the basics. We’d stay here again.

We’ve never had a bigger apartment in Mooloolaba. It was so large and comfortable, it felt like home. Better knives and an oven would have been good.
