You get what you pay for. It's very basic, with no heating or air conditioning, and the bins inside were dirty. It looks clean if you don't look too hard.

The unit was comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. It was affordable, near attractions and places to eat, close to the beach, and looked out over the river.
