Midvalley Motel

I booked two rooms for three nights, but was charged for four. It took more than an hour of back and forth before I got my refund. While I was at reception sorting it out, another man was there trying to fix a booking mistake too. This was a very dishonest place to deal with, and I wouldn’t go back.

The manager was very rude and accused my kids of being dirty and smelly, even though their room was left neat and tidy and smelled like they’d just showered. I’ve no idea what they were talking about. There’s no free breakfast either. I booked for two nights, but I’d recommend staying anywhere else.

We could cook meals in the guest kitchenette, which was immaculate and neat, and the rooms were extremely clean too. The cleaner always seemed upbeat and happy. The staff were absolute troopers, always smiling, and the owner is such a sweet lady who’d do anything to make our stay pleasant. The motel had everything my family and I needed for a long weekend. A quiet little getaway where you can relax, and an absolute yes from us. 10/10, we’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it.
