The apartment was spacious, with a nice balcony, a great shower and bathroom, and a laundry, though the dryer wasn’t working. There’s plenty of parking and a nice pool, plus an excellent sauna, which I always look for when booking. The apartments overlook and sit alongside Lake Mulwala, in what I think is the best position in the twin towns. Definitely five stars!

Staying right on the water at the Lake Mulwala Boatel was a unique and really peaceful experience. I was there March 4-6, and the accommodation was clean, well maintained, and had everything needed for a relaxing break. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a different perspective on the lake. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful three-night stay at Boatel. The pool and spa area had plenty of places to lounge in the sun before cooling off in the inviting water. From the balcony, we enjoyed the beautiful view over breakfast and a glass of wine, and the kitchen was well equipped for making a meal and staying in. It’s central to everything and a good base for exploring the wider area, including wine tasting in Rutherglen. There’s plenty of secure parking, with space for a boat or jet ski too. Check-in was easy. What more could you ask for?

We had a great first stay and will be back. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the service was wonderful. The pool has been beautifully renovated, and the outdoor areas, communal kitchen, and BBQ area were great. The kids had lots to do, including the tennis court, putt putt, paddle boards, and kayaks.

The owners were so friendly and down to earth, and you can tell they really care about the service and making guests’ stays enjoyable. We had an incredible time, parked our boat easily, and really enjoyed the accommodation. The service was second to none, and the quality really impressed me. I’ll definitely be back. If you’re after an awesome place to stay, boatel is the place. Thank you!
