Cote D’Azur felt like a welcoming home for our family holiday in Nelson Bay, with room for the kids to play and for the adults to relax. The house was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped, and its layout let us spend time together while still having our own space. It was an easy base for outings, close to beaches, shops, cafés, and local attractions, and peaceful to return to after a busy day. Pam deserves a special mention for making the booking process seamless. She was friendly, helpful, and genuinely lovely to deal with. We made lots of special family memories here and would gladly return. Highly recommend it for a comfortable stay with kids.

We stayed for two months while between houses, and Pam, the manager, made everything easy. She was so helpful and accommodating. The apartment was pristine, the beds very comfortable, and the kitchen had been thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. We also really enjoyed having Foxtel, and used the pool and sauna often. It's a convenient location with quick access to everything. We're very grateful for such an easy, excellent stay.

Pam, the site manager, was very helpful. From the pool area, there's also an on-site BBQ nearby, and you can pick herbs from the gardens to use on it. The location makes it easy to walk to the water, Woolworths, pubs, dining, and local shops. A fantastic place to stay.

We love the balcony view from rooms 30 or 31 and keep coming back to Cote D Azure. The location is handy, with Woolies on the corner and a bottle shop opposite. Pam gives great instructions and even let us park so we could shop before check-in. This time the balcony door was hard to slide, and I mentioned it at checkout. Pam said I should have called straight away so she could take a look, as it might have come off the runner. Next time, we will. Thanks, Pam.

We came with a baby and arrived later on purpose, hoping the strong cleaning product smell would have time to clear. The apartment was still dusty and had a strong chemical odour. My husband has asthma and kept coughing while the air conditioner was running. We later heard other guests had noticed mould near the air-conditioning vents. We felt the apartment wasn't safe or suitable for our family, so we had to leave early. Management refused a refund despite the health and safety concerns, describing our departure as “voluntary.” I would not recommend this property.
