Charlestown Executive Apartments

We chose these apartments because they’re so close to Ramsay Health Centre Charlestown. There’s secure undercover parking off the street, and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

I haven’t stayed at the apartments yet, but I wanted to say how kind and helpful Ruth and Joanne were when a booking.com issue came up. They went through a lot to help sort it out, and I’m really grateful for their support. I’m sure the apartments are lovely too. Definitely give them a try, and book through the website.

We always enjoy staying here when we come to visit family, and the service is a big reason we keep returning. Ruth is a genius at sorting out last minute changes quickly. The rooms are spacious and welcoming, with enough different configurations to work well for our large family. Prices are competitive, and the location near shops and beaches suits us perfectly. We’ll be back again and again.

The rooms were roomy, clean, and well equipped, and the maintenance staff were friendly. Check in was a different story, the staff there were quite rude. Apparently guests are expected to keep their phone with them all day and answer calls even while working or travelling. Our jobs matter too, and we don’t consider your call more important.
