The motel has been renovated nicely and was clean, but we had lots of cockroaches at night. We called reception and they quickly arranged to have the room cleaned and sprayed, which fixed the problem. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the great coffee there each morning.

Kristy managed to fit us in at the last minute during our road trip, and the staff were friendly. The room was nice and clean. It’s a bit of a drive from Newcastle, though Stockton is nearby if you want to explore there too.

The room was spacious, clean and a tremendous value for money. I’d stay again without hesitation. The bed was extremely comfortable, the water pressure excellent, and the staff very friendly. I’d put the room at about 4.5, mainly because the heater took ages to warm it and the Wi-Fi reception was poor.

The owners were friendly and helpful during my five-night stay. It’s a very quiet, pleasant location, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed, good air conditioning and clean amenities.
