Noosa Apartments 1 Hastings Park

The apartment was noisy from one of the busiest streets below, and there was mold in the room. We stayed for seven days and couldn’t leave because we’d paid in advance. When we raised the issues, the manager wasn’t happy, though she was dealing with flooding that morning. She later offered us another apartment, but we could hear people in the adjoining room because it was a two-room apartment sectioned off. The male manager who assisted us and the receptionist were understanding and sympathetic.

I sent an online request to book a long weekend and heard nothing for 36 hours, so I called. I eventually reached someone who said she hadn’t made it to the office yet, although it was after 10am. She said there was availability and that she’d email the booking information. After three follow-up calls and leaving messages, I’m still waiting for the email or even a return call. Very poor customer service. I took my business across the road to Netanya and booked a rooftop penthouse overlooking main beach.

The gardens are a disgrace. I’m amazed the council hasn’t complained. Hastings Park is bringing all of Noosa down. How hard can it be to hire a gardener? I’ve stayed in plenty of places and never seen anything like this. I won’t stay here again until the gardens are sorted.

The views are stunning and the location is amazing. Lauren looked after us VERY well. We’ll be back.
