I went to the island for a work event and found it such a lovely place. The views are incredibly peaceful, and the staff were attentive and wonderful. I’d happily recommend a visit.

There was plenty of space for games, activities, or just taking it easy, and the bedroom villas and shared rooms were great. The whole weekend felt easy and fun because the staff did so much to help everyone. From the boat ramp onward, the transfer crew were friendly and helped us onto the island, then the team welcomed us and took our luggage to our rooms. Couldn’t recommend Makepeace Island more. Well done to everyone.

We celebrated my wife’s 40th at Makepeace, and it felt like a really special, one-of-a-kind experience. The location, facilities, and staff were all amazing. We can’t speak highly enough of it and would recommend it to anyone looking for something unique.

I love being near Make Peace island, especially the quiet patch of water outside the main channel that I visit in my boat. Seeing eagles nesting in the trees is a real treat. It’s a beautiful, clean, peaceful island, and being close to nature there feels wonderful and unspoiled.
