Noosa Keys Resort

Christine deserves congratulations for the improvements she's made. She's managing the place very professionally, and the cleanliness has improved 150%. The Gympie Tce location is convenient, with access to the 50c bus to Hastings St, Noosa Junction, Sunshine Beach, and elsewhere. It's a small resort with owners and tenants living on site, plus a limited number of apartments for short term holiday lets. Like many Noosaville properties, it's old and outdated, and some owners could pay more attention to furnishings and bed quality. For an older Kiwi couple like us, though, it had everything we needed to self-cater and enjoy an affordable holiday in the sun.

Christine was a helpful, accommodating host, and the location was superb, just a stone's throw from the river. Our unit was comfortable and excellent for the price. My family and I were very happy with our stay at Noosa Keys Resort, and we'd highly recommend it.

The location feels a bit isolated, though most shops aren't too far away. The service was great, and the rooms were clean and tidy. Since no one bedroom apartments were available, we were given a two bedroom one, which was nice and spacious. It had a washer, drier, dishwashing machine, microwave, stove, air conditioning, shower, and bathroom. A nice place to stay.

There are some good points here: the location is great, a short walk from the river and restaurants, and the apartment is large, with an excellent bed. The pool and spa are nice, there's a tennis court, and the grounds and facilities are well maintained. The manageress was unfriendly. Cleanliness was only superficial, as it was filthy when we moved furniture. The decor is dated, and the furnishing and equipment are fairly poor, though adequate. The units are individually owned, so managers seem to have little input beyond basic cleaning and maintenance. Ours was very basically furnished, with a poorly equipped kitchen and no sign of any owner's love. It's okay, but there are better options in Noosaville.
