Boulevard North Lakes

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. The room was immaculate, and the apartment had everything we needed. When we arrived, we were welcomed and shown around the facilities, with everything explained clearly. It was just right for staying on Brisbane’s north side.

Linda was amazing. I’ve worked in accommodation myself, and this was one of the best check-in and checkout experiences I’ve had. She explained everything clearly, including the secure parking, gym, pool and spa, and how to get to the cafe. I was making a very last-minute booking while visiting for a funeral, and Linda was accommodating about check-in and the requirements. When I returned the keys, she gave me a huge hug that I really needed. The penthouse made me very happy. It was immaculate, the furniture was thoughtfully chosen, including on the balcony, and the bed was super comfortable. The kitchen had a full-size fridge that easily fit Costco platters, plus chilled water. It’s easy to stay here without a car. Restaurants, Aldi, Dan Murphy's and Westfield Shopping Centre are all within a 550 m walk. The self-contained apartments include owner-occupiers, people on long- and short-term leases, and visitors like me. I’ve told everyone who travelled to Brisbane for the funeral to book here next time they visit. Thanks for a great stay. I’ll recommend Boulevard North Lakes whenever I can. BOOK NOW!!

My family and I are really happy we chose this place, even though we’d also shortlisted another hotel. The staff impressed us so much, they were incredibly kind and responsive, and took care of all our requests, even when we were being a bit demanding. Our room had two bedrooms and two showers, so nobody in the family had to wait to use one. There’s also a gym, swimming pool and BBQ area available. We could walk to the lake and shopping mall, and had no trouble finding food, so the stay was comfortable. I really appreciate everything. Thank you very much.

The resort-style pool was a real highlight for me, and there’s also an on-site coffee shop with a decent bistro-style menu. We had a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment that seemed recently renovated and was furnished to a high standard, with everything we needed. The washing machine, dryer and dishwasher all worked perfectly during our week’s stay. Boulevard North Lakes is centrally located in North Lakes, about 30 minutes from the airport and an easy 3-minute drive, or an 8-minute walk, to a large Westfield. The management staff were excellent and easy to approach. We’d spent one night at a ‘brand name’ hotel by the lakes, but this place was much better, larger and cheaper. Fabulous service apartment, highly recommended for whatever you need in Great Lakes. Thanks for having us!
