Dukes Inn Northam

The perfectly cooked fish really surprised me. It was five-star, and has changed what I expect from a meal out in this town. I was there for a work lunch with 12 midwives, and we had very little time, so we ordered everything at once. All the meals looked lovely and came out together, with nobody left waiting. Everyone was raving about the gourmet quality. Thanks to the chef. I've come back with a friend to see what else on the menu might become my next favourite! 😋

Dad got to enjoy a lovely walk down memory lane, and I'm so glad we took him and the family to The Rec for lunch while visiting Northam. The welcome was warm, and the staff were all friendly and accommodating, especially Joy, who was so considerate of a senior using a walker. The meal blew my mind with its size, taste, and presentation. Hats off to the chef, and thank you so much for a beautiful experience xx

Joey made us feel comfortable on both visits, and treated everyone with respect, whether they were regulars or there for the first time. He was quick with suggestions and made a couple of drinks from a rough idea of what we liked. They were perfect. It was impressive watching him and the other young lady manage a full bar so smoothly. People come back because of staff like him. We visited for the second time last week, and we'll be back next time.

We came in with friends on New Year's Day to eat and watch the cricket. The food was genuinely S-tier, and the portions gave us more than our money's worth. There was a good selection of pints too. Cheers, guys!
