The facilities were a letdown: the spa was out of order the entire time, and so were all the BBQs. Campers had only three showers, one for males, one for females and one near the spare toilet. There was the same arrangement for toilets, so we often had to wait when someone else was using them. We stayed Friday to Monday, and the trip left all four of us disappointed. We arrived with our dog and were only told then that dogs weren’t allowed. Nobody had mentioned this before, so we had to drive two hours back the way we’d come. Fortunately, we had family nearby who could look after the dog, but it was a major inconvenience at the start of the trip. The manager’s attitude made things worse. He yelled at our youngest son about the dog, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. The holiday park didn’t meet our expectations, and we left dissatisfied.

Our cabin was clean and tidy, and it was a lovely place to visit. We brought our dogs, and looking at the other cabins, ours seemed older and more worn. I understand some guests with dogs may not take as much care, but we paid the same rate, plus extra for bringing them.

We had a Delux Cabin, which was comfortable and spacious, and Ocean Grove Holiday Park is in a great spot. The staff were really friendly and helpful. If you’re planning a holiday in Ocean Grove, you won’t be disappointed staying at Ocean Grove Holiday Park. You can also buy a cabin there as an investment.

This was one of the cleanest cabins we’ve stayed in, and it had everything we needed. It was comfortable for two adults and a toddler, in a great location. The reception staff were lovely and helpful, and the whole park was well looked after. We’d stay again.

I’ve spent the same weekend here for the last 4 years, and I’ve already rebooked. The new property managers were extremely nice and helpful. As usual, the cabin was very clean.
