Modern, with plenty of natural and electric light, and you can darken the room easily too. Everything was very tidy and had its place. They even provided slippers and pens, plus premium instant coffee, and the TV lets you cast to it. I stayed in late February 2026, and I’m pretty sure this was the nicest motel room I’ve ever had.

The rooms look great after the renovation and are really nice. The pool area could use some work, though that wasn’t part of my rating. I’d improve the door seals too, since quite a bit of light gets through and a few extra critters can get in.

The staff were so warm and welcoming, and the service was lovely. The place was clean and fresh, with a great shower and bathroom. Really comfortable accommodation, highly recommend.

For a motor inn, I wasn’t expecting such a clean room with such a modern look, but it was really comfortable and impressive. Reception was so sweet, and the air conditioning was great for summer. Parkes is a small town, so the location is fine. It was cheap and worth it, I’d give it a go!

Had a good stay in a clean room with really comfortable beds. The TV was huge and the amenities were good too. I’d recommend it if you’re coming to Parkes.
