The host is old and nice, but the room is very small and isn't 30 square meters as described online. It's an apartment, not a hotel, and I don't think it's worth the price. They asked for a $200 deposit. We aren't staying anymore and need a refund. We haven't paid even 1 cent in deposit during our travels in Australia. If the deposit requirement had been stated, we wouldn't have booked.

The hosts, a couple from Taiwan, were so kind and generous. Our room was clean, and breakfast was delicious each morning. We also learned a lot about Perth just by talking with them. We had a wonderful stay.

Jeffrey and his family made us feel at home, while still giving us the privacy we needed. He cooked lovely breakfasts, and the place was quiet and close to the train station. The amenities were clean, with free Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee. Thanks, Jeff and family. We’ll definitely be back.

This was a real find for the price. My double room had an ensuite and was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. The hosts were friendly and charming, and gave me space when I wanted it. It was peaceful despite being near a rail station and a short walk from the buses. Highly recommended.

The owners were lovely and welcoming, and breakfast was included. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and nicely presented, with great value for money. There’s a gate at the back that opens onto Warwick station car park, and the train station entrance is opposite. It’s a 15-minute ride to Perth. The Google pictures seem to show the property as it actually is.
