The rooms were very spacious, and the shower was great. There were good breakfast options and Nespresso coffee. Evelyn was a friendly, extremely helpful host, and the local area was quiet. The airport is fantastically close.

Terry and Evelyn were great hosts and collected us, then took us to the airport. It’s a perfect spot for an overnight stay between flights, right by the river. We even had time for a riverside walk when we arrived.

The hosts were gracious, the stay was very comfortable, and they provided a lovely breakfast. It’s also in a great spot close to the airport. Highly recommended.

The hosts were flexible about airport transfers, and there were lots of little touches that made the stay great. Breakfast had plenty of choice, including fresh fruit, and the bed was very comfy with a great shower. They even provided homemade soap. A beautiful place with everything needed for a short stay, and close to the Swan River for a walk. Highly recommend Ascot on Swan B&B.

Terry and Evelyn gave me a wonderful welcome, helped ferry me around, and provided a lovely room. I really appreciated the early check-in and the separate sitting room, which let me work while Rachel slept. Highly recommend.
