The only downside was how bright the apartment got in the morning. It was clean and comfortable, and the on-site parking was handy. I stayed one night, paid a $200 cash bond, and got it back the next morning without any problem.

The cleaning lady was the only decent part of this stay. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable with the hygiene at all, and was very disappointed. The office guy was rude and unprofessional, and there were barely any kitchen items. The sofa that was meant to be another bed was worse than concrete. The front balcony floor was peeling and dangerously slippery when wet. There was no gate at the entrance, so people from the street, including homeless people, came in at night, broke into cars, rummaged through putrid smelling bins, bathed in the pool and looked for things to steal. The laundry was usually closed, full of the motel’s dirty linen, and had outdated machines and dryers that guests were meant to use.

We didn’t get our $200 bond back, even though we left the room cleaner than we found it. There was still faeces in the toilet, and a rotten bathroom floor from a shower leak. The cleaner came into our room while we were still getting dressed, pulled the door handle off, and left it on the ground. The office was locked and unattended, so I couldn’t speak to management. I tried calling, but the number says the call can’t be connected. Not happy with this place at all.

The sofa bed was the worst sleeping arrangement I’ve had. Its mattress was about 1 mm thick, and I didn’t sleep at all. We’d booked a particular room online with two separate beds, but were taken to a different room with one bed. When we asked why, they said the room we ordered hadn’t been used in months, though they did let us use it. The room had no amenities, and the shower soap dispenser didn’t work. There was also a plastic bag on the shower head for some reason. A pathetic excuse for apartments. Don’t stay here.
