Leslie, the owner, was thoughtful and attentive, and the French Room was lovely. We spent one day visiting local wineries, slept in and watched movies the next, then went to the Observatory at night. It’s a peaceful, very green place for a weekend away. Highly recommend, Bueno!

We loved the stay. The bed was so comfortable, breakfast was delicious and fully cooked, and we could hear birds in the morning. The place felt tranquil, almost like a tree house, and the spa was lovely to use at night. It poured during our visit, so we couldn’t use the Bali hut.

After a cold, rainy evening with wine in the hot tub, waking up to a hot breakfast was just what I needed. The host was so welcoming and cooked a mean big breakfast. This quaint bed and breakfast was very accommodating, and the online photos don’t capture how lovely the space and scenery are. Thanks for having us!

The scenery is absolutely stunning, and the room and facilities were beautiful. Peter was such a friendly host, with great stories, and made an awesome breakfast. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

We loved relaxing in the spa on our room’s secluded deck, looking up at the trees and listening to the birds. The property is a spacious, beautiful retreat, and breakfast was fresh and home cooked. It’s a convenient base for walks, cycle trails, Lesmurdie falls, Mundaring weir and art galleries, with wineries and cafes nearby and Perth suburbs only half an hour away. What a special place for a weekend away. The established business is up for sale, what a unique opportunity!
