Broadwater Resort Como

Our family of six always books the two-bedroom lofts, which have a great room setup and bedding choices for the four kids. Even the rooms facing the highway were quiet, you couldn't hear traffic through the glass. Late check-in is easy, and the staff are amazing and helpful. We keep choosing this place because its location works perfectly for our appointments and family functions in Perth.

The residential area is quiet and lovely, with a handy IGA nearby and an onsite restaurant serving excellent food and coffee. We all enjoyed our three-week family holiday in December 2025. The apartment was clean and cosy, and staff were friendly and helpful. We could use the tennis court, though the swimming pool wasn't what we expected, it was rather unclean and messy.

The little details made a real difference, like the two pedestal fans and blackout curtains that let us sleep in. Our clean two-bedroom family room had comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom, including utensils and laundry and dishwasher powder. The grounds, pool area and BBQ were maintained and fully equipped, and you can see the care that's gone into the place. We came from Margaret River because my son was having surgery at a nearby hospital, so comfort and feeling safe mattered a lot. As a resort manager, I tend to notice things other guests might miss, and I thought everything was perfect. The staff were welcoming, especially the lovely Swedish lady at reception. We loved our stay, and this is now our family's place when we visit Perth. Thanks, we'll be back 🌻✨️

The pool is huge and amazing for kids, with half of it undercover, which we loved. It's close to Perth city and right across from the beach, although a freeway is in between. Shops are an easy walk around the corner. The air conditioning wouldn't go below 22 degrees, so the bedrooms stayed around 24. There are also small sets of stairs in most rooms, which was annoying with a pram, but manageable.
