The facilities were clean and adequate, but my short overnight stop was a waste of time and money. I paid $200 for 5.5 hours before my next flight. In the morning the shuttle was full, and the only option they gave me was to wait for the next one and miss my flight, or take a taxi. I took the taxi, adding another $35 to the bill. The receptionist showed no apology or empathy, and didn’t even offer a taxi voucher. I’ve stayed here before, mainly because of the shuttle, but this was my last stay. I’ll encourage my friends not to stay either. After 5.5 hours and $235, it felt like a great deal for them and a complete waste for me.

The Tuesday special is hard to beat: 1kg of chicken wings for $15, and they’re delicious. The staff were more than helpful with our order and requests. Lovely place for a feed, and I’ll definitely be back. Keep it up.

I agree with the earlier review. I arrived at 6 pm for a 01.10am flight the next day, checked out after 5 1/2 hours, and still had to pay for the full night. This seems to be how all hotels in Perth work, but they should offer a short stay rate. I also had a long walk to my room with all my luggage.

I picked this hotel because it was close to the domestic airport. I was flying in from Bali at 1am and had to catch a 10 am flight to Melbourne, so getting proper sleep mattered. I’d been planning to sleep in the car, but friends persuaded me to pay for a room. Only after paying did I notice the fine print saying a hotel was being built next door. The banging started early and woke me up. I wish I’d been told about the likely noise before booking so I could have chosen somewhere else and gotten decent rest before my flight. Worst of all, the receptionist knew I had an early flight and was tired, yet put me in the room closest to where the noise was coming from.
