The house was a comfortable, happy place to stay, clean and well appointed, with Wi-Fi included. The hosts were kind and helpful, and the neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet. I was looking for somewhere near Murdoch Uni, and this accommodation was about a 10-15 minute walk away. The supermarket and places to eat were also around 10-15 minutes on foot.
My husband was admitted to hospital, so my daughter and her three children came to stay with me. I greatly appreciated that our hosts didn’t charge anything extra for them. Thank you to the hosts, I’d highly recommend them.
The owners were lovely and extremely helpful, and the place was clean and comfortable. A wonderful place to stay. I’d highly recommend it and will book again on my next visit.
I was in the area for an appointment at Fiona Stanley, and Cozy Stay Murdoch worked out ideally. It’s a big house with air conditioning in the main rooms, TV, Wi-Fi, and all the plates, cutlery and cooking utensils, plus a fridge and dishwasher. Winthrop shopping centre is only 600 metres away, with plenty of takeaway options. We needed to add an extra night, and that was no problem. Excellent service, thanks. We’ll definitely use Cozy Stay Murdoch again.
Amazing house, really spacious, clean and comfortable. I’ll definitely come back!
