A cosy, small b&b in a good spot. They cheerfully serve a light continental breakfast, and it's handy for a quick overnight stay.

For a budget business hotel in the inner city, this is honestly the best choice in Perth. Other online ratings seem to agree.

Breakfast was included, and the host was lovely. The rooms are large and pleasant, in a house near a beautiful park, with the city close by.

I hadn't tried a bed and breakfast before, but stayed at this one on my last visit to Perth. I can definitely recommend it.

A pretty room, a fantastic location and a really filling breakfast. The area was quiet too.
