The rooms were the usual Quest standard we’ve come to expect. Staff were courteous and helpful, and the location is handy for RAC Arena, the CBD, public transport, and car hire companies.

I found the hotel clean and comfortable, with easy access to nearby attractions. The attention to cleanliness and detail was top-notch. All the staff were warm and welcoming, but one front desk staff member especially stood out. I didn’t catch her name. She seemed to be Japanese, greeted guests with a smile, and answered questions thoroughly. Her friendliness made a real difference to my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We only stayed one night, but we’ll be back for longer. The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything we needed, including a washing machine, kitchen, and two bedrooms. The staff were lovely and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

After several stays at hotels in the Perth CBD, I’ve decided Quest West End is my preferred place to stay in the city. The staff are friendly, especially Miyuki, who always greets me when she’s on reception. Housekeeping is consistently on point. It’s nice coming back from the office to a freshly made bed and clean sheets every day. The place at the other end of the street can’t compare. There, you have to tell them what needs doing, and they won’t touch anything left in the sink. Thanks, Quest West End. You’ll see more of me next year. 😬 I’ve stayed here a few times and generally enjoyed it. I travel to Perth every other week, so I’ll keep looking for hotels that let me claim airline frequent flyer points. I was told I couldn’t claim them here because my company paid, even though I chose where to stay. Also, the nearby pubs can be noisy in the early hours, and every so often I’d be woken by loud vehicle horns. God knows why people do that. Aside from those issues, my stays have been pleasant.
