We were pleasantly surprised to get a free upgrade to a lift room with a window seat looking out over the Esplanade. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were some of the best we’ve had in a hotel for ages. There was a nice selection of coffee pods and tea bags in the room too. Getting from the carpark into the hotel was a bit confusing. Better signs would help. It’s a lovely little hotel for a weekend away, and we’d happily stay again.

We arrived at midnight on Jan 24 and checked out on the 28th. The room was compact but neatly laid out and worked well, with a street view. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to Elizabeth Quay. Service was perfect, and they cleaned the room and replaced the towels and coffee capsules every day.

We loved the bathroom and had a great view of Elizabeth Quay. The room was beautiful and very clean, and the staff were amazing and accommodating. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight, and the location is great. Good pricing too, so it felt like very good value. Thanks, Quay Perth!

We had another good stay at Quay Perth, probably our third. It’s our usual choice for a short visit when we’re going to a concert at RAC Arena or another special event. For one night, the modest room was comfortable enough. We stayed for NYE to welcome in 2026, and the Elizabeth Quay location made it easy to walk to venues, the city centre, and restaurants. Reception were welcoming and friendly, and our room was ready when we arrived at 12 noon. Fantastic!

Comfortable beds, very good pillows, and a stunning bathroom. The rooftop restaurant is reasonably priced, and it’s a fantastic little hotel in a brilliant spot. We had a great view of the Quay, though it looks like a big building is about to go up in front.
