The location worked really well for a business trip, with plenty of good restaurants nearby and a shopping centre just a short walk away. At Quest Innaloo, the front desk service was excellent, friendly, professional, and very helpful. Had a great stay and would definitely recommend it and stay again.

I stayed two nights in a One Bedroom Apartment. The check-in was seamless, the room was spacious, and the staff member at check-in was friendly. I have a few concerns about Room 206A. The biggest issue was the door. When I went out on my first night, it wasn’t closing all the way or locking, which is a major security risk. I always check hotel doors are shut and locked before leaving, but other guests might assume it closes and locks automatically. The Wi-Fi in the room was slow and kept cutting out, eventually becoming unusable. I had to hotspot my phone to get my laptop and tablet online. I’d expect better in 2025, especially with several guests in the hotel. The lounge TV also restarted several times every few minutes. There was no remote for the bedroom TV, although the lounge remote worked on it, which was fine for me travelling solo. It would be inconvenient if more than one person wanted to watch different things. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room at all on my second night, Saturday. I had put out the Do Not Disturb sign in the morning so I could sleep in, but took it off when I went out later that afternoon and evening. When I returned, everything was just as I’d left it. If housekeeping only comes round once a day, I think they should check later whether the sign is still there. I hope these five concerns are addressed ASAP. Most seem specific to the room I had, and I wouldn’t want other guests to have the same experience.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for a business trip. I booked several months ahead, but reception didn’t process the booking properly. When I arrived after a long flight, they made it feel like my fault that the booking hadn’t been paid for. The receptionist made a bit of a joke of me in front of my work mate, then said maybe I should buy him dinner for the mistake he’d made. I had to pay for the room with my own money instead of the business account. Later, they called to say it had been their fault, but offered no compensation or real apology. Extremely disappointing. I’ll never stay here again.

The view over the Ikea carpark is surprisingly stunning, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Just be aware that getting coffee early means a 15 minute walk to the nearest shop.
