The Ritz-Carlton, Perth

Our final night included snacks and drinks at Song Bird, where the manager and staff were engaging and the service was outstanding. Earlier, after a short delay before our room was ready, we were taken to a beautiful lounge, offered apologies and complimentary refreshments. Staff kept checking in, offering more drinks and making sure we were comfortable, so we were never left waiting alone. We also received an upgrade and soon had a beautifully presented room overlooking the river and Elizabeth Key. The first impression at The Ritz-Carlton in Perth was excellent, clean and well presented. The staff throughout were professional and made us feel welcome and special. This was a great experience that will be very hard to match. Thanks to the whole team, including those behind the scenes. You certainly do it right.

A lovely birthday surprise, thanks to the people who arranged my cake. Claudia at reception deserves a special mention too for her professionalism, friendly banter, and welcoming smile. Thanks to all the ladies and gentlemen at the Carlton- Ritz for making our stay so enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed it and you’ll see us again.

For our anniversary, the team upgraded our room and left us a complimentary bottle of Champagne with a lovely handwritten note and warm wishes. We were touched by those thoughtful gestures. Housekeeping and room service were attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, and every detail felt well looked after. It made the occasion meaningful and memorable. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return for our next anniversary. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Perth.

The breakfast was exceptional, especially the delicious miso eggplant, and the location is superb. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, with thoughtful touches everywhere that made it clear they value their guests. The staff were incredible, relaxed, and happy to help with anything. You can tell they enjoy working here. A great place to stay when visiting Perth.
