Sue was a wonderful host, and breakfast was delicious. This well-presented B&B is on a quiet suburban street, with nicely furnished, good-sized rooms. There's also a relaxing shared area upstairs, while breakfast is served downstairs.

I was in Perth for work, and this place felt like a home away from home. Breakfast and the service were standouts, among the best I've had the pleasure of enjoying. The chocolates were a lovely finishing touch.
