The breezy deck and its ocean views were a highlight, and the beach shack had everything we needed for a comfortable island break. It was handy to the bus stop, with Adder rock beach just a short walk down the hill. We had such a fun long weekend at Stradbroke Sunset. Thanks for a perfect holiday!

Getting there without a car was easy since the bus from the ferry stopped right at the bottom of the hill, and the beach was down there too. We loved the top level deck and its ocean view. The house has three levels with separate living areas, giving us a great place to relax and spend time with friends over the long weekend. The hosts have done a wonderful job with this beautiful Straddie home. It was a terrific weekend away.

The yard was well fenced and had plenty of shade, which gave us peace of mind with the dogs. We also loved being just a short walk from the beach. Stradbroke Sunset was comfortable, clean and thoughtfully equipped for a relaxing stay. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

We had the best time at Stradbroke Sunset over the Australia Day long weekend. Bead & Cheryl, thanks for sharing your lovely place with us. The three-storey beach shack was bright, clean and airy, with gorgeous ocean views and a great breeze that kept everyone cool.

The six of us fit perfectly, and the kids had an absolute ball exploring the house and island. Such an amazing place to stay. Couldn’t have asked for better.
