The quiet surroundings made it easy to unwind and recharge, while the Pokolbin location kept us close to wineries, cafes and local attractions. Olive Grove Cottage Pokolbin was clean, cosy, nicely presented and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a lovely Hunter Valley escape, and we'd happily recommend it to anyone after a relaxing getaway. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed in the one bed cottage, which was just the right size for the two of us. The area was quiet but still reasonably close to where we needed to go, and there was a bottle of bubbles and some chocolates in the fridge when we arrived. All our communication was by email, and we haven't spoken to anyone since arriving, so it's harder than usual for me to comment on the service.

The fresh coffee in the morning was one of the nice little touches we especially enjoyed. We had a thoroughly good stay. The place was clean, well presented and reasonably priced for what was included, with all the amenities we needed. It's also close to everything in the Hunter.

Quiet, comfortable, and wickedly clean, with everything well appointed. I’ve stayed in plenty of places around the Hunter, and this is among the best.
