Little Castro and the other recommended vendors served elegant food and drinks that everyone enjoyed. Natalie and James were just as impressive: real professionals who worked behind the scenes, ninja-like, so the day ran smoothly and stayed focused on us. Their Hunter Valley venue is beautiful for a wedding, with new reception facilities and accommodation on site. We're so glad we found them. They helped make our dream day feel perfect.

The kids had plenty of room to play, with a games room, pool table, board games and space to run around. One dusk we even spotted wallabies passing by, which had them excited. We stayed here for our wedding weekend in July 2025 and used every room. Guests are still talking about the facilities, scenery and the lovely weather we were lucky to get. Having a bathroom for everyone made things much easier with so many children. We ate in both the indoor dining area and on the deck, and each gave us room to gather while still feeling intimate. The ceremony spot was lovely too, with a paved pebble aisle that was easy to walk on, steps leading down, and a well placed arbour with a nice photo backdrop. Nat & James were so easy to work with and helped make planning the space and event simple. Their local business recommendations were reasonably priced, and those businesses were accommodating. We'd recommend the place and would love to come back.

The best part was how well the estate worked for our group of 20 mums. The spacious house had generous, nicely styled rooms, and nearly every bedroom had its own ensuite. We had comfortable places indoors and out to sit together, chat and enjoy one another's company. The commercial kitchen also made bringing in caterers for a long lunch so easy. Willow Tree Estate is set among beautifully kept grounds with breathtaking Hunter Valley views, and the house had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing weekend. Natalie and James were warm and communicative from the start, and made booking and arrival straightforward. After checkout, they even express posted something I'd left behind, such a thoughtful gesture. The property comfortably fit us all and made for a joyful, memorable weekend. The gardens, ceremony spot and vineyard views made it clear why our wedding photos turned out so well. Willow Tree's location and grounds were the best part, and nowhere else we considered came close. My husband and I brought 23 close family and friends for an intimate wedding weekend. Natalie and James were helpful and very responsive while we planned. The house is stunning, with beautifully styled living spaces and ensuites, and our guests were blown away by their rooms. It was great having a large living and dining area where everyone could spend time together. Thanks for helping make the day magical.
