The service and kindness really stood out. They helped us sort out last-minute changes to our travel plans because of bushfires in the Oatway National Park area. The family room was clean and well maintained, and the location was great.

I stayed a few months ago and thought I’d leave a note for anyone considering it. It was quiet, tidy and easy, pretty much what you’d want. The rooms are decent for what you pay, though old and bare-bones, as it’s one of the cheapest places in town. It was clean, the AC/heater inverter worked, and the bathroom was good. Nothing really stood out, but everything else was fine and it does what you can reasonably expect. I’d happily stay again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was still pleasantly warm in the cold season, thanks to the brick-concrete building. It was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed and linens. We had a great one-night stay. After checkout, we realized we’d left something behind and I thought it was gone. To my surprise, Relief manager Steve got in touch and offered to mail it back at my expense. I really appreciated that level of service. Highly recommend!

We stayed for two nights and had a pleasant time in this unbeatable location. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and the laundromat was decent for getting laundry done. Parking right outside our room made loading and unloading easy. Staff were friendly and helpful, even after office hours, which we really appreciated. We enjoyed our stay, and are grateful for the part you played in making our Melbourne trip a great experience. Wishing your business continued success.
