We had a fantastic, relaxing family holiday. The hosts were generous, the pool was wonderful, and the beach was very close. I’d highly recommend it for a proper relaxing break.

Our double bedroom apartment with a spa was really spacious and had all the facilities we needed. The bathrooms were large and the balcony quite nice. Cleanliness was okay, though not perfect, and the room was a bit dark. I’d suggest booking on a higher floor, as you’ll probably get more light. It’s a nice place in the heart of Port Douglas, with a good sized pool that includes a hot spa and a large BBQ. The centre is a 10 minute walk, and Four Mile beach is five minutes away.

Pool toys, floaties, and the BBQ facilities added to the fun. Our family had a lovely holiday at Central Plaza in Port Douglas. The location and facilities were great, and so were the owners.

We shared the spacious, well equipped three bedroom apartment No 13. It was easy to walk to the shops, restaurants, and marina. There was plenty of cutlery and crockery for eating in or by the BBQ and pool. Each bedroom had built-in robes, with an ensuite in the main bedroom and a shared bathroom for the other two. The beds were comfortable, and we all used the spare blankets in the rooms. The shower pressure was great and there was plenty of hot water. We used the poolside BBQ a lot, with plenty of room to cook. Just keep pressing the button so the gas doesn’t go out!

The apartments were clean, lovely, well maintained, and extremely well equipped. The big, warm pool was nice, though the floor needed cleaning and was a bit dirty. Otherwise it was really good, quiet, and the management seemed very nice and friendly.
