A warm welcome at this family-run place, and the room was clean, well looked after and finished to a high standard. We had a Queen room, the smallest option but still a good size, with a little hob, fridge, and a useful range of cookware and crockery. There are a couple of eateries across the road, and it’s a five-minute walk to the main strip for shops and food. The river and beaches are easy to reach on foot or by car. I’d definitely recommend it.

The Queen room was a good size with the space used well. It was clean, nicely furnished and well equipped, with a small bathroom but a good shower and strong water pressure. The town water tastes poor, so I’d suggest bottled water for drinking or making tea and coffee. Heating and cooling from the air conditioner were very quiet. There’s a microwave, hot plates, fridge and cooking gear, though with so many good places to eat around Port Fairy, why cook? The location is close to the Main Street, cafés and restaurants, and the owners were friendly and helpful. Good value. I’ll recommend it to friends and stay again.

Jonathon and Rochelle were so friendly and had great ideas for family-friendly things to do in Port Fairy. The apartment was warm, clean and comfortable, and the kids were delighted with the big spa bath. We’re looking forward to staying at 54 on Bank again when we visit PF.

Rochelle and Jon were super friendly and helpful hosts, and all the thoughtful touches made us feel welcome. The rooms were gorgeously furnished, right in the centre and convenient for getting around. It was a lovely escape from the city.

The homemade biscuits were a delicious extra touch, and we’d love to come back soon. We stayed in a queen suite that was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location too.
