I was arranging a one-night stay for my family, but the hotel had flooded. When I got there, the owner had already informed guests and offered full refunds. There were beds out on the footpath, so it was clear we couldn't stay. Unfortunately, booking.Com hadn't told me or sent me a message. I called them and eventually got a full refund. I hope I can stay at this motel another time. The view looks good.

We liked being able to book a cabin for just one night, since so many other holiday places require multiple nights. They let us check in a little early, which was great. The cabins and grounds were very clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and approachable. We had a small problem with the cabin's water, but they fixed it straight away. Big thumbs up from us.

We called Carol late in the evening after having to leave a very substandard motel nearby. She made us feel welcome, and the cabin was comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed. Its position opposite the river was fantastic. We can't recommend the place enough and will definitely stay again.
