The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh, and the housekeepers' attention to detail really showed. I was very impressed and will definitely stay here again.

The staff are friendly and leave you alone, but are there when you need them. The rooms are clean, and it was a quiet stay. The price reflects the age of the place.

The bathroom had a cockroach in it, which was disgusting, and the whole place seemed dirty and neglected. I wouldn't consider it safe or suitable for children. The service was awful too. Don't stay here.

The apartments were roomy and comfortable, even if a little dated, and undercover parking was a welcome extra. Most of all, the staff were fabulous. During the flood emergency they went out of their way to accommodate us.

We booked through their platform and got a confirmation when there were still two rooms showing as available. Then the next day a text said our booking hadn't gone through because two reservations from other platforms had taken our spot. Unreal.
